JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Communicating with our potential clients via e-mail or phone and providing to them our catalogs and company presentation
- Doing marketing research and presenting it to the company managers as a report.
Entering an order properly according to the company process to the Canias ERP system by taking order list which received from clients
Making all kinds of translation that is necessary for any department of our company or our group company.
Assisting managers on business trips when required.
Attending B2B meetings, customer visits and exhibitions when required.
Following up the whole process from the first contact point of the entire process until the goods reach the client, including financial issues such as debt, receivable, credit limit tracking.
Ensuring satisfaction by contacting with clients via e-mail or phone calls and notifying their questions to the managers if they have.
Extending market share and penetration level with new ideas.
Working together with the marketing team to increase success of sales, achieve the sales goal and KPIs of sales department.
